Privacy & Your Files

When you request a quote we collect your contact details and job description so we can respond, and the files you attach so we can review your job. We don't sell or share your information, and we don't use it for anything except your quote and your job.

Files from incomplete requests are deleted within 48 hours; files from submitted requests are kept for 90 days and then deleted unless the job goes into production.
